OFFICE
ASSOCIATE
|
Office Associates work in accounting, sales, purchasing,
and human resources. Duties include extending orders, providing support to our transportation
and accounting department, contacting customers, buying food products and communicating
as a team. Skills include telephone answering, typing and data entry, filing, customer
service skills, and general office duties. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
beneficial.
Our office schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am
to 4:00 pm

ORDER
SELECTOR
|
Our Order Selectors maintain the flow of food products from
receiving to storage to shipping within the plant. They are familiar with our customer
orders and responsible for efficient and safe handling of packaged products. Their
role also includes heavy lifting, product repackaging, staging pallets, rotation
and inventory counts.
We offer one shift and NO WEEKENDS:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm Tues. Wed. Fri. and 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday and Thursday

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
|
Our Production Associate roles vary depending on the assignment.
They prepare and process various beef and pork products such as bacon wrapped tenderloins,
chicken fried steaks or ground beef patties. Their role may include operating vacuum
packaging machinery. Production associates usually work in teams and are responsible
for understanding customer specifications.
We offer one shift and NO WEEKENDS:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm Tues. Wed. Fri. and 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday and Thursday

MEAT/STEAK
CUTTER
|
Our Meat/Steak Cutters have extensive experience in portion
cut steaks (training available to qualified associates). They are experts in the
different cuts of beef, pork, lamb and veal. Their work combines precision and artistry
as they set the standard for our industry. They are responsible for many wonderful
eating experiences in the most popular steak houses and restaurants in the Lone
Star State.
We offer one shift and NO WEEKENDS:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm Tues. Wed. Fri. and 6:00 am - 3:30 pm
Monday and Thursday

DRIVER
ASSOCIATE
|
Our Driver Associates are a key link to our customers. They
provide high quality service when delivering fresh or frozen products to steak houses
and restaurants in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Temple, Waco
or the Texas Hill Country. Customer satisfaction is as much a part of their role
as loading, stocking and driving safely.
This is a Monday through Friday position. A knowledge of
Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Temple, Waco or the Texas Hill
Country is considered a plus. We require a class A CDL license.
